Returns & Refunds
We are happy to give refunds on items returned to us as long as you contact us first within 14 days of you receiving your order and your order must be returned to us within 21 days of you receiving it. Return shipping costs will need to be paid by the customer.
Orders returned to us must be unworn and in re-saleable condition and must have all attached labels, sadly we cannot give refunds on items that have been worn or damaged. Earrings cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. Sadly we do not offer refunds on bespoke designs due them being custom made especially for you.
Items must be returned via a tracked delivery method to ensure they get back to us safely. We are not responsible for returns that have been lost in the mail due to not being sent tracked and we will not be able to process your return and refund.
We reserve the right to not refund you if you return items outside the terms of our returns policy.
